COURSE STRUCTURE & MODULE RELEASE DATES
The course is divided into 9 modules. The first two modules are released during the first week, and the remaining modules are released in the following week. You can choose to watch them gradually (we recommend 1-2 modules per week) or all at once.
For each module, you will have access to video lessons, practical exercises, and an extensive workbook that you can fill in and personalize. This workbook will guide you through the career mapping process and can be used during the course and beyond. The workbook is shared with you on Notion, a versatile organization and productivity tool, allowing you to save it for later use and further personal development.
We aim to offer time slots that fit with the majority of participants' work commitments and time zones. All sessions will be recorded in case you are unable to attend live.

There are no strict prerequisites to enroll in the Career Compass course. This program is designed for anyone interested in urban careers, regardless of their experience level. Whether you are just starting out, looking to change careers, or seeking to gain clarity and direction in your current urbanist role, this course is accessible and valuable for all.
The Career Compass course is now structured as a self-paced learning experience, divided into 9 comprehensive modules. 2. Course Enrollment and Payment
- By enrolling in the Career Compass course, you agree to pay the full price of the selected plan.
- Payments will be made to Anastasia Sukhoroslova and processed securely via Stripe.
- All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Additional taxes or fees may be charged based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
- All sales are final. However, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course materials (see Section 5 for details).
3. Access and Use of Course Materials
- Access to the course materials will be provided on the official start date of the course as outlined in your enrollment confirmation.
- Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified in your selected plan.

- Certificates of completion are awarded only to participants enrolled in the "Mentored Path" or "Guided Journey" plans.
- Certificates are provided upon successful submission of the final exercise (career map) and completion of other specified requirements.
- The certificate can be added to your portfolio or LinkedIn profile as proof of your participation and achievement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course materials.
- By choosing to access the course immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to withdraw from the contract.
- If you are a resident of a country that requires a mandatory cooling-off period for digital products, you may be entitled to a refund if requested within the applicable period.
