Course Structure and Live Sessions Schedule
The course is divided into 8 modules, with each module released every Wednesday, starting from October 16th. Below are the release dates for each module:
- Module 1: Wednesday, October 16th
- Module 2: Wednesday, October 23rd
- Module 3: Wednesday, October 30th
- Module 4: Wednesday, November 6th
- Module 5: Wednesday, November 13th
- Module 6: Wednesday, November 20th

For each module, you will have access to video lessons, practical exercises, and an extensive workbook that you can download. This workbook will guide you through the career mapping process and can be used during the course and beyond.
After completing the first 6 modules, which cover the key sectors of urbanism, we will organize a live session where you can ask questions and receive personalized feedback. We will also hold a second live session after the course ends to address any remaining questions.
For participants enrolled in the Growth Track and All-Access, we plan to host live sessions on Fridays at 5 PM CET to accommodate a wide range of time zones. If this time doesn’t work for all participants, we will offer alternative time slots to ensure everyone can join.
The live feedback sessions will be hosted during the following weeks:

2. Course Enrollment and Payment
- By enrolling in the Career Compass course, you agree to pay the full price of the selected plan.
- Payments will be made to Anastasia Sukhoroslova and processed securely via Stripe.
- All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Additional taxes or fees may be charged based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
- All sales are final. However, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course materials (see Section 5 for details).
3. Access and Use of Course Materials
- Access to the course materials will be provided on the official start date of the course as outlined in your enrollment confirmation.
- Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified in your selected plan.

- Certificates of completion are awarded only to participants enrolled in the "Growth Track" or "All Access" plans.
- Certificates are provided upon successful submission of the final exercise (career map) and completion of other specified requirements.
- The certificate can be added to your portfolio or LinkedIn profile as proof of your participation and achievement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course materials.
